I agree with the posts below - shameful customer service. The woman that "helped" me (she had large eyelashes for reference) lost patience with me and stopped helping entirely, leaving me to figure it out on my own. Because I got no help I made the wrong purchase and had to return. The same woman who failed to help the first time was at the store and she intentionally avoided helping me so I had to help myself again to find my size. I told the manager that she was reluctant to help me and he was uninterested in the feedback. Avoid this store unless you want to go it alone. Your money would be better spent elsewhere.
