The worst customer service from the ladies. I was purchasing a mirror that had some parts missing. The cashier was selling it to me $40, when I told her it’s damaged she literally yelled at me telling me why I’m buying it if it’s damaged, and that the item is from crate and barrel, mind you in this store people or own the products they are damaged, she refused to acknowledge it and told me to go shop somewhere else and that that’s the price she wants to sell it. It had no reasoning behind she just made the price up n the spot, despite the fact that I’m telling her it’s damaged she didn’t care. They used to be very good but now they are scammers. They are dripping ppl off who go there to buy products for reasonable price. There is a reason why we are shopping there! Not for them to scam us and to tell us “ if I don’t like the price then go shop on the store”

Last year I bought 2 formal dresses at this storer very good prices; and I have to say that I was very pleased with them. I wore both on a December 2018 - January 2019 cruise and I got lots and lots of compliments. I most certainly will buy from this store again for my next cruise/trip.
