Had a great experience we were looked after.by the manager Kait who's service was beyond excellent. And was very professional and lead us to the correct shoe to fit my partner infact because of her knowledge and expertise we ended up purchasing 3 pair of shoes yes what a great experience we had visiting her store for the 1st time.

Very poor service at Heartland Location. One young guy trying to keep up with cash and help with sizes and one blonde woman walking around doing nothing. I asked her if we could get some help with a $120 pair of shoes and she said, sorry you have to wait your turn. Got up and left.
