The rep who served us was very rude. We enquired about cell phone screen replacement and warranty policies. She does not know how to talk.she has an attitude which clearly showed she did not take her job seriously or even cared. Very very rude for a simple basic question. She was at counter 1 ticket #125. October 6 2017 around 6 PM. Her attitude was disgusting.
