Just like all other big boxes, there is hardly any staff to help if you would like to inquire about anything. What good are cheap prices when they also come with cheap service?

Shockingly unsafe environment during Covid-19 pandemic: visited this location on Sun. Aug. 23. No monitoring or regulation of numbers entering the store despite available roped section in place No visible hand sanitizer upon entry So crowded that 2 meter physical distancing was not possible. Comment by a staff member when asked about the crowds: "We're back to normal" Completely different experience from my usual location in a different Ontario city.

Very difficult to find parking spot for disabled as there is not enough of them. Good return policy but inefficient handling - there are long lines and a lot of wasted time in order to return items that do not fit. . long lines for returns
