  • Michael Hill customer review by Paul Templeton

    Paul Templeton - Sep 30, 2023

Michael Hill lost a customer for life today. Purchased a ring May 21, contacted the store 3 months later as it still had not arrived. Lady told me she'd find out what was happening with it. Sep 30 after leaving 5 messages on their voicemail because nobody answers the phone anymore, went to the store to see them in person. The ring had been there since July. Asked them why nobody called. Guy tells me they call every customer and that I'M mistaken. There were 7 employees milling around the store. Is nobody checking their voicemail and returning calls? Let's assume they had called when it arrived in July, which they had not. 1 of my 5 messages should have and could have been returned. Blaming the customer for your terrible service is a dealbreaker. Never shopping there again. A simple apology would have sufficed.
