Very irresponsible customer service, either in store or online. At the time of purchase they gave me wrong information about the return policy, so I purchased being told that I could have refund if return the item. Later it turned out wrong, the store told me it is not possible to return for refund… since no call was help full and they didn’t took the responsibility of their false information given to me, I asked to try another size atleast!!!! , it is more than a month and they haven’t done any thing! I have called many times. I called another branch and they told me they had a size available few days ago! When you call them, no body is responsible and they even don’t let you talk!!! Never would buy anything from them. So embarrassing for a “said” to be a good brand!

This place is horrible. They sell fur skinned off animals. No way will I be back until this ends! Get with the times Rudsak!
