I've been to Blue Wave several times over the past year. And, I must say that I'm happy with the reception and service! Don't always believe every unfavorable thing you read. Satisfied customers don't usually bother to leave a comment. Try out the store and decide for yourself. Patrick is honest and stands behind his work. He is always accommodating no matter how busy he may be.

I came here to get my iPhone unlocked. The owner said it would take 4 days, after four days it was still not unlocked. I tried calling, no one answered and was unable to leave a message. Email address gets a invalid address noticatifciation response. So I go into the store after waiting 5 days, he promises me that it will take one for day, Friday comes and goes, still nothing. I go in with my two kids on Saturday and he know tells me to wait until Tuesday. This will now be 10 days after dropping my phone off. I tell him to give me my money back if he can't provide the service, he proceeds to tell me to fuck off in front of my kids and calls security. While waiting for security he is yelling at me telling me that I am a bad mom and hat he feels sorry for my kids. At this point, I am warning other customers in the store that this guy is a cheat and scammer. Why can't he just refund me the money know and instead of coming back to the store, for the fourth time in Tursday to get a refund. Security tell him to write me a recepit indicating that if the phone is not unlocked by Tuesday then he will have to refund my money. Do not shop here! Rude, Disrespectful and a liar!
