Have dealt with Peoples for over 20 years. My husband bought my engagement and wedding rings there in 2002 and also the replacement for my engagement ring which I had lost a number of years ago.. Have always been treated good until December 14/23. Took my rings in for cleaning and inspection as I have done twice a year since my husband bought them 20 years ago. Had my papers from previous inspections with me. Dealt with a heavy-set younger woman with dark hair. Found her very rude. Treated me like I had stolen the rings. She gave me a hard time. I am sure if my husband had been with me he would have told her off. She should never be allowed to deal with the public. The rating I am giving is not for the store, but for the employee that waited on me. She needs to find a new job not dealing with the public.
