On December 16/16 I was at the Fossil outlet store in Polo Park Shopping center in Winnipeg. Mb. looking for a strap for my watch. Unfortunately,the sales clerk did not have the strap size I needed, and proceeded to give me a metro watch repair form and the strap No. for my watch(ES3557). When I phoned the no. on the form, the operator required an ID number, which I did not have.I concluded that it should have been the sales clerk phoning to check for the strap, and not send me home on a wild goose chase. Not happy
