I recently visited the Bath & Body Works store in Crossiron Mills outlet mall. I had the pleasure of dealing with a very friendly and informative staff member named Kate. I visited this store three times in the last 10 days and she rembembered my by name each time. Her customer service goes above and beyond what one would expect. As a manager myself I would be truly honoured to have her as one of my staff members. Another lovely staff member was a gal with a pixie hair cut who was just wonderful. Well done with your staffing, I will now only visit this particular store.
