I just dealt with Merlyn (Bea) Rotone regarding difficulty I had been having with sales reps by phone. Bea was extremely helpful,dealt with my issues in a very professional manner and most importantly was kind and very pleasant.It was a very positive and successful meeting and I would strongly recommend it,(her) to others.
